Writing forums?

 I'm on the lookout for a new writing forum to join up, preferably something that is active and has plenty of information on bettering your writing and publishing secrets and good with critiques. (I'm so picky...)

I'm on figment.com and I like that I can get *some* feedback there, but not much. I don't the nitty gritty critiques that I want, the critiques that make you bleed.

So I need a new writing home away from home.
Any suggestions are IMMENSELY appreciated. Please hewp.
